JABA is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Administrative Assistant for our Insurance Counseling Department.
Essential Functions
• Performs a wide range of administrative support
• Receives and responds to a wide range of correspondence
• Compiles data, and prepares reports
• Screens telephone calls and resolve a wide range of inquiries
• Screen and respond to e-mail inquiries
• Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and coordinate related arrangements
• General administrative assistance includes filling out forms, filing, ordering office supplies, submitting, greeting and assisting visitors, maintaining Zoom calls.
Employee works primarily in an office environment.
