Registered Nurse (RN) - Program Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Program Manager capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of an Adult Day Facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage both nursing staff and patient care processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Develop, implement, and oversee staff.
  • Leadership: Lead a CNA team, ensuring efficient and quality-driven patient care.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to assess program needs and ensure programs are designed to meet those needs.
  • Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Oversee program budgets, staffing levels, and other resources to ensure optimal delivery of care.
  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care and adherence to best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve member care quality and optimize workflow processes within the program.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or program management role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
