We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. This role will provide a variety of HR support functions while also assisting with general receptionist duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling screenings, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Coordinate employee onboarding and off boarding processes, including preparation of documentation and orientation sessions.
- Assist with benefits administration, ensuring employees receive the necessary information and support.
- Support performance management processes, including scheduling evaluations and tracking progress.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and direct visitors, employees, and job applicants in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and redirect calls as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, with exposure to HR functions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software/systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and employment laws.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, Monday –Friday; 8:30am-5pm
- Office environment with occasional administrative support needs.
